Native to Western Australia. It is hybrid of E.torquata and E.woodwardii. This tree is popular for its prolific and showy flowers that are often bright yellow to orange in colour. Grown from seed, it can display the habit of either parental lineage. Very hardy and fast growing. Tolerates dry conditions where the flowering becomes more abundant.
